Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Order processing typically takes 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shippedin 2-3 days, or within 72 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship domestically using Domestic courier.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping via courier on orders over LKR 20,000. You can see if your order qualifies by using the Shipping Fee Calculator in the shopping cart. Free shipping transit time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking and insurance.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently NOT available WORLDWIDE from Demoon Streetwear.

Returns

Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Address

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Demoon Streetwear will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Demoon Streetwear returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
